Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

* Delivery Estimated times are typical of UK and EU destinations and can take up to 21 business days to deliver outside of the EU (standard shipping) or 10 business days (Express shipping)

** Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the United Kingdom.


Please be aware that due to COVID19 extended delays can be expected on some deliveries to specific locations. At present we are not experiencing these delays but they can occur once dispatch is made. We endeavour to update customers on delays caused by COVID19 and the earliest opportunity

International shipping Policy ships to addresses worldwide with exception to conflict countries and countries under UN sanction. Please check to see if your country is excluded.

Please note we do not deliver good to PO boxes or delivery agency addresses

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
